How We Review: Our Published Standard for Describing Operators

This is the standard every operator description on LUCKYKING is written to. LUCKYKING is an independent guide, not a casino. It takes no deposits and runs no games. It is for readers 21+, and it gives no scores and no rankings.

Why publish a standard

Guides about casinos have an obvious credibility problem, because many are paid by the businesses they describe. We cannot solve that with promises. What we can do is show the questions we ask, the sources we accept and the points where our knowledge ends, so that you can check the work.

A published standard also binds us. If a page on this site praises an operator for something outside these eight points, or states a payout time as fact, it has broken its own rules, and a reader is entitled to discount it. We would prefer to be held to a short list we can actually meet than to a long one nobody could verify.

The eight points

PointWe askA clear answer looks like
Licence disclosureWho operates the site and under which regulator?A company name that appears on the regulator's public list
Payment railsHow does money move in and out?Named e-wallets and banks through an in-site cashier
Terms clarityCan a player read the rules before paying?Wagering, expiry, bet caps and withdrawal conditions on one page
KYC rulesWhat identity checks apply, and when?Documents and timing stated before deposit
Complaint routeWhat happens if support cannot resolve an issue?A written escalation path
Responsible-gaming toolsWhat controls does the player have?Limits, time-outs and self-exclusion with instructions
Support channelsHow is the operator reached officially?Contacts listed on its own domain
App distributionHow is any app delivered?A store listing, or a clear statement that it is a file or web shortcut

Sources

We use the operator's own published pages, PAGCOR's public lists, the official app stores and the public rules of the payment rails. We do not use agent statements, chat groups or user testimonials, and we do not claim hands-on testing.

Each source has a job. The operator's pages show what it has committed to. PAGCOR's list shows whether the company behind those pages is licensed. The app stores show how any app is delivered. The rail rules explain delays that have nothing to do with the operator. Where two sources disagree, for example a licence claim with no matching register entry, the page says so.

Limits

  • Payout speed, fees, minimums and bonus amounts are set by the operator. Check its cashier page; we do not state them.
  • Game fairness and internal controls are outside what an outside reader can verify.
  • The outcome of any individual dispute cannot be predicted.

We can state general, public facts. InstaPay is a real-time rail with a per-transaction cap. PESONet settles in batches on banking days. PAGCOR publishes the operators it licenses.

Outbound links may be partner links, which can earn the site a commission when a reader registers. The policy is fixed: no payment changes wording. Clear answers are reported as clear and missing ones as missing, and no operator can buy an edit, a position or a deletion.

No scores, no rankings

Eight answers are more informative than one number, and a ranked list would imply a comparison of things we cannot observe. We leave the conclusion to the reader.

Updates and corrections

Pages show their last modified date. Operators change terms often. If our description and the operator's current page disagree, the operator's page is the one that applies to your account.
